Motor Vehicle

The Motor Vehicle Claims consists of two basic forms. The first which is the Motor Vehicle Accident Claim Form, this applies to damages, burglary or loss of a vehicle. 

Secondly, the Windscreen Claim Form relates to windscreen damages only, however if the vehicle has both damages done to the vehicle and windscreen, then the use of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claim Form is more relevant.
